A light, fluffy and juicy twist to the classic protein pancake recipe! ā£
ā£INGREDIENTS
- * 1 medium ripe bananaā£
- * 50gĀ Applied Nutrition'sĀ Watermelon Splash Clear Wheyā£
- * 35g oats ā£
- * 1 eggā£
- * 60ml milk of choiceā£
- * 1 tsp. baking powderā£
- * Pinch sea saltā£
METHOD
- To make your pancake batter, pop all of the above ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.ā£
- Heat a little oil in a pan and once the pan is nice and hot, pour in some of the batter.ā£
- When the pancake begins to bubble, flip and cook on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.ā£
