Apple & Pecan Overnight Oats
𝘚𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘢 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘣𝘰, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯! 𝘈 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘣𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘪𝘯 𝘖𝘢𝘵𝘴, 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘦, 𝘓𝘰𝘸-𝘊𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘭 𝘚𝘺𝘳𝘶𝘱, 𝘗𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘴, 𝘗𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘵 𝘉𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 & 𝘊𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘯.
1. Take one scoop of Applied Nutrition Golden Syrup Critical Oats and cook in the microwave with Almond Milk for 2 minutes. Place in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning take an apple and cut into cubes, top oats with cinnamon, 1 tsp of peanut butter, pecans and lots of Low-Cal Salted Caramel Syrup!
