Bunless Burger - Tijuana Style
𝐁𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 - 𝐓𝐢𝐣𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞! 🌶
Everybody loves a good burger, but if you’re wanting to lower your cals you’d probably be unsure how to still enjoy one.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? 𝐁𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬.
𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝟐 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬)
* 325g lean ground beef
* 25g low fat grated cheddar cheese
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp paprika powder
* 1 tsp mixed herbs
* 1 tbsp 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐣𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐇𝐨𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞
1. Mix in seasonings, Tijuana Hot Sauce and half the cheese into the ground beef, combining with hands until blended.
3. Make two burgers and grill until cooked.
4. Serve on a bed of salad, spicy rice, coleslaw and fresh salad!
