Bunless Sweet Chilli Turkey Burguers
𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺, 𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘧𝘢𝘵, 𝘧𝘭𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘛𝘶𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘺 𝘉𝘶𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘺 𝘚𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘗𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴.
500g Turkey Mince
3 tbsp Low-Cal Sweet Chilli Sauce
Salt and Pepper
1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
2. With damp hands, shape into four large burgers and grill for 20 minutes until cooked through!
