Curry In a Hurry

A curry recipe can sometimes seem a little daunting to make at home, but we have made a super simple prawn curry and itโ€™s low calorie! โฃ

* Frozen Prawns โฃ
* Broccoli cut into floretsโฃ
* Frozen peas โฃ
* Red onions sliced โฃ
* 1/4 tsp ground turmericโฃ
* 1/4 tsp chilli flakesโฃ
* 2 tbsp of ๐‹๐จ๐ฐ-๐‚๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ฉ ๐‚๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐’๐š๐ฎ๐œ๐žโฃ
* Salt & Pepperโฃ

1. In a pan add a little olive oil and then add frozen prawns and cook for 2 mins.โฃ
2. Add the onions and peas and sautรฉ for 5 minutes. Add the broccoli and saute for another 4 minutes, stirring constantly.โฃ
4. Add the turmeric and chilli flakes. Stir to combine and add salt and pepper.โฃ
5. Add Low-Cal Chip Shop Curry Sauce on a very low heat, gently stirring for 2 mins. Add a little water if too thick. โฃ
6. Serve on a bed of brown rice. โฃ
