𝘈 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘬𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘸𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘚𝘺𝘳𝘶𝘱! 𝘑𝘢𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘦 𝘋𝘰𝘥𝘨𝘦𝘳 𝘣𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘢𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘮 𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘥, 𝘴𝘰 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦 𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰, 𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦! ⁣

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ⁣
* 40g Oat Flour (Blended Oats) ⁣
* 30g Strawberry Milkshake Diet Whey
* 1 tsp Baking Powder ⁣
* Pinch of Salt ⁣
* 150ml Almond Milk ⁣
* 1 Small Ripe Banana ⁣
* 1/2 tsp Vanilla Flavo Drops ⁣
* Low-Cal Strawberry Syrup⁣
* 4 Mini Jammie Dodgers ⁣
* 4 Chopped Strawberries ⁣

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 ⁣
1. Preheat oven to 180C.⁣
2. Mix oat flour, diet whey, baking powder and salt together. ⁣
3. Mash the banana and add it to your mixture with Flavo Drops and almond milk, until your have a porridge like consistency. ⁣
4. Take a oven proof dish and pour half the mixture in. Drizzle a layer of Low-Cal Strawberry Syrup and then pour the rest of the mixture on top. ⁣
5. Bake for 20 mins until browned. Once cooked take out and press your jammie dodgers into the oats, top with strawberries and extra syrup! ⁣
