Oreo Protein Brownies

𝘏𝘦𝘒𝘭𝘡𝘩𝘺, π˜₯𝘦𝘭π˜ͺ𝘀π˜ͺ𝘰𝘢𝘴 𝘒𝘯π˜₯ 𝘒 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘒𝘡 𝘒𝘭𝘡𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘒𝘡π˜ͺ𝘷𝘦 𝘡𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘒𝘳 𝘭𝘒π˜₯𝘦𝘯 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯π˜ͺ𝘦𝘴. ⁣

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ⁣
200g Plain Flour ⁣
250ml Almond Milk ⁣
200g Greek Yoghurt ⁣
50g Cocoa Powder ⁣
100g of Applied Nutrition Choco Coco ISO-XP⁣
1/2 tsp Salt⁣
Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup ⁣
1/2 Pack Oreos (Crushed)⁣

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐑𝐨𝐝 ⁣
1. Mix all ingredients apart from the Chocolate Syrup and Oreos in a bowl until a smooth consistency is formed. Then add half your crushed Oreos and fold into the mixture.⁣
2. Pour half the mix into a lined baking tray then cover completely with Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup. ⁣
3. Pour the other half of the brownie mix on top and flatten out. Bake for 25 mins at 180 degrees. ⁣
4. Once cooked, take out and allow to cool for a few mins then place your remaining crushed Oreos on top. Allow to fully cool then place in the fridge to set (this makes the brownies nice and fudgey). ⁣
5. Cut and enjoy!
