Protein Twix Brownies
𝘗𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘪𝘯 & 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘭 𝘛𝘸𝘪𝘹 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦, 𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵, 𝘧𝘶𝘥𝘨𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘪𝘦!
200g Plain Flour
250ml Almond Milk
200g Greek Yoghurt
50g Cocoa Powder
100g of Applied Nutrition Chocolate Milkshake Critical Whey
1/2 tsp Salt
Fit Cuisine Low Cal Chocolate Syrup & 1 tsp Chocolate Flavo Drops
2 Salted Caramel Twix Fingers
1. Mix all ingredients apart from Chocolate Syrup and Twix until a smooth consistency is formed.
2. Pour half the mix into a lined baking tray then layer 3 chopped Twix fingers onto the mixture and cover completely with Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup.
3. Pour the other half of the brownie mix on top and flatten out. Bake for 25 mins at 180 degrees.
4. Take out and allow to cool for a few mins then place your remaining chopped Twix finger on top. Allow to fully cool then place in the fridge to set.
