* 3 tbsp plain flourโฃโฃ
* 1 tsp smoked paprikaโฃโฃ
* 1 tbsp sunflower oilโฃโฃ
* 2 cod filletsโฃโฃ

1. Put the flour and paprika on a plate, season, then mix.โฃโฃ
2. Coat the cod fillets in the spiced flour, then fry for 2 mins on each side until golden and crisp. โฃโฃ
3. Serve on with baked butternut squash, cous cous, feta and pomegranate salad and lots of Low-Cal Peri Peri Sauce. ๐Ÿ˜‹โฃโฃ
