Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Make our protein packed 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐬 for a healthy and filling breakfast! 😍
* 1 Scoop of Strawberry Critical Oats
* Fresh Strawberries
* 2 TBSP of Greek or Natural Yoghurt
* 100ml Almond Milk
* 2 TBSP 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩
* 2 Oat Biscuits
1. The night before place a scoop of Critical Oats oats in a jar or bowl, stir in Almond Milk, Yoghurt.
2. Layer in a jar with oats, 1 tbsp of 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩 then another layer of oats and a final 1 tbsp of syrup.
3. Place in the fridge overnight.
4. In the morning take your oats out and top with crushed Oat Biscuits and Strawberries.
5. Dig in and enjoy! ❤️
