Tijuana Wings & Wedges
Want a quick meal idea? You’d be hard pressed to find a better option than these spicy Tijuana chicken wings!
This succulent wings & wedges recipe is easy to make and all the cooking is done in the oven, giving you more time to relax.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝗪𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:
* 12 Chicken Wings
* 3 TBSP of Low-Cal Tijuana Hot Sauce
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝗪𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬:
* 2 large potatoes
* 1.5 TBSP vegetable oil
1. Set the oven to 200°C.
2. To make the wedges: Cut unpeeled potatoes into wedges. Put the oil on a lined baking tray, add the wedges and coat them well. Season with salt & pepper and put in the oven for 55 mins, until crisp and browned.
3. Take your wings and place them in a large oven proof dish, coat the chicken wings well in Tijuana sauce. Put in the oven for 45 mins until crisp.
