Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

These cinnamon rolls are insanely delicious and even better they are less calories than a traditional cinnamon roll, packed with protein and oh so chocolaty! โฃโฃ

* 80g self-raising flourโฃโฃ
* 1 Scoop of ๐•๐ž๐ ๐š๐ง-๐๐ซ๐จ ๐•๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐šโฃโฃ
* 130g coconut yoghurt โฃโฃ
* 15g coconut sugarโฃโฃ
* 1 tsp cinnamonโฃโฃ
* 10g vegan butter, meltedโฃโฃ
* 5 Drops of ๐‚๐ก๐จ๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐…๐ฅ๐š๐ฏ๐จ ๐ƒ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ โฃโฃ
* ๐‹๐จ๐ฐ-๐‚๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐ก๐จ๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐’๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฉ โฃโฃ

โฃโฃ1. Preheat the oven to 180*C and line a baking tray. โฃโฃ
2. Stir together the flour and ๐•๐ž๐ ๐š๐ง-๐๐ซ๐จ. Now add in the yoghurt and ๐‚๐ก๐จ๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐…๐ฅ๐š๐ฏ๐จ ๐ƒ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ and bring to crumbly dough.โฃโฃ
3. Tip on to a lightly floured surface and bring together with your hands, kneading for about 1 minute.โฃโฃ
4. Roll the dough into a rectangle shape making one end thinner. โฃโฃ
5. Stir together the coconut sugar and cinnamon.โฃโฃ
6. Brush the top of the dough with most of the melted butter and sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar. Using the thinner edge, tightly roll up the cinnamon roll into a log and slice into even slices. โฃโฃ
7. Brush with the rest of the melted butter and bake for 16-17 minutes until golden and crisp on the outside and soft in the centre.โฃโฃ
8. Once cooked, take out and top with ๐‹๐จ๐ฐ-๐‚๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐ก๐จ๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐’๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฉ and sliced banana! โฃ
