These cinnamon rolls are insanely delicious and even better they are less calories than a traditional cinnamon roll, packed with protein and oh so chocolaty! โฃโฃ

๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌโฃโฃ
* 80g self-raising flourโฃโฃ
* 1 Scoop of ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง-๐๐ซ๐จ ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐โฃโฃ
* 130g coconut yoghurt โฃโฃ
* 15g coconut sugarโฃโฃ
* 1 tsp cinnamonโฃโฃ
* 10g vegan butter, meltedโฃโฃ
* 5 Drops of ๐๐ก๐จ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ โฃโฃ
* ๐๐จ๐ฐ-๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ก๐จ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฉ โฃโฃ

โฃโฃ1. Preheat the oven to 180*C and line a baking tray. โฃโฃ
2. Stir together the flour and ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง-๐๐ซ๐จ. Now add in the yoghurt and ๐๐ก๐จ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ and bring to crumbly dough.โฃโฃ
3. Tip on to a lightly floured surface and bring together with your hands, kneading for about 1 minute.โฃโฃ
4. Roll the dough into a rectangle shape making one end thinner. โฃโฃ
5. Stir together the coconut sugar and cinnamon.โฃโฃ
6. Brush the top of the dough with most of the melted butter and sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar. Using the thinner edge, tightly roll up the cinnamon roll into a log and slice into even slices. โฃโฃ
7. Brush with the rest of the melted butter and bake for 16-17 minutes until golden and crisp on the outside and soft in the centre.โฃโฃ
8. Once cooked, take out and top with ๐๐จ๐ฐ-๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ก๐จ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฉ and sliced banana! โฃ
