Suggested Use

Electrolyte Tablets - Add one tablet (4g) to 500ml of water and let it dissolve. Once prepared consume within 24 hours.

Energy Gels - Consume orally 1-3 gels per 60 minutes during exercise to minimise carbohydrate utilisation and support exercise performance. Bodyfuel energy gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Ensure you keep hydrated.

Acid (Citric Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Bulking Agent (Sorbitol), Potassium Citrate, Anti-caking Agent (Polyethylene Glycol), Magesium Citrate, Tricalcium Citrate, Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic Acid), Sweetener (Sucralose), Colours (Beetroot Red, Riboflavin), Natural Flavouring, Acacia Gum.
