Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Scones

Amazingly soft scones. Healthy, protein packed and perfect for on the go snacking 😋⁣

INGREDIENTS

 


METHOD
  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.⁣
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, sweetener and baking powder.⁣
  3. Add yoghurt, peanut butter, maple syrup and pull together with a spoon to make dough crumbles. Use your hands to bring together.⁣
  4. Knead slightly till it comes together. Dough should be slightly wet. ⁣
  5. Transfer to baking sheet and shape gently into even sized circles. Space out cut scones. Place in fridge for about 10-15 mins. Brush tops with almond milk.⁣
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes until outsides are crusty and still soft to touch. A toothpick inserted into center should come out clean. ⁣
