Christmas chocolates everywhere? Try our protein malteaser brownies and use your sweet treats up for a healthier snack!
- 200g Plain Flour
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 200g Greek Yoghurt
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 2 scoops of Chocolate Critical Whey
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp of Low Cal Salted Caramel Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Chocolate Flavo Drops
- 15 Malteasers chopped
- Mix all ingredients apart from malteasers in a bowl until a smooth consistency is formed. Then add 3/4 of your chopped malteasers and fold into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and smooth out. Add the rest of the malteasers evenly on top. Bake for 25 mins at 180 degrees.
- Take out and allow to cool, then place in the fridge to set (this makes the brownies nice and fudgey).
- Cut and enjoy! 😍😋
