Oreo Protein Brownies
𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺, 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘶𝘨𝘢𝘳 𝘭𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘴.
200g Plain Flour
250ml Almond Milk
200g Greek Yoghurt
50g Cocoa Powder
100g of Applied Nutrition Choco Coco ISO-XP
1/2 tsp Salt
Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup
1/2 Pack Oreos (Crushed)
1. Mix all ingredients apart from the Chocolate Syrup and Oreos in a bowl until a smooth consistency is formed. Then add half your crushed Oreos and fold into the mixture.
2. Pour half the mix into a lined baking tray then cover completely with Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup.
3. Pour the other half of the brownie mix on top and flatten out. Bake for 25 mins at 180 degrees.
4. Once cooked, take out and allow to cool for a few mins then place your remaining crushed Oreos on top. Allow to fully cool then place in the fridge to set (this makes the brownies nice and fudgey).
5. Cut and enjoy!
