Peri Peri Beans
𝘈 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘶𝘱𝘣𝘰𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦.
These baked beans are sugar free and flavoured with spices, herbs and our Low-Cal Peri Peri Sauce. Serve with sausages and mash for the ultimate comfort meal!
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬
* 1 can of mixed beans in water (drained)
* 1 tsp of paprika
* 1 tsp of mixed herbs
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 5 tbsp Low-Cal Peri Peri Sauce
* 2 tbsp tomato purée
* Pepper to taste
1. Take your drained beans and pour into a pan on a medium heat. Add your herbs, paprika, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
2. Add your tomato purée and Low-Cal Peri Peri Sauce and 1tbsp of hot water.
3. Heat gently for 5 mins and that’s it!
