Super Berry Smoothie

* 250ml Almond milk
* 1 scoop Applied Nutrition Strawberry Milkshake Diet Whey
* 1 tbsp of Yoghurt
* Handful frozen mixed Berries
* 1 tbsp of Low-Cal Strawberry Syrup

Simply blend all the ingredients together, pour into a glass, and enjoy.
