Life for me (and most of us) is BUSY! I’m juggling being a mum, recording the pod, working as much as I can and also somehow trying to look and feel good too. It can feel very overwhelming so I’ve learnt to lean on products that just fit easily into my routine and actually do the job!

My goal is to feel good, look the best I can, and have energy to maintain the hectic life I have without taking hours to do complicated supplement stacks that I just will not be consistent with.

Protein Goals

Protein intake really is SO important, it's not just for people training and wanting to gain muscle! It's for energy, skin, healing and repairing too. I struggle to hit my protein goal in meals so I have some little extras that help me so much.
