Suggested Use

Option 1
Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100-150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.

Option 2
Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100-150ml of cold water or milk and stir well. Place into microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
