𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘪𝘯, 𝘖𝘢𝘵𝘴, 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘚𝘺𝘳𝘶𝘱 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘰𝘸-𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘧𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘩. 😋
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
* 40g Oats
* 1 scoop of Kinder Bueno ISO-XP
* 125g Alpro Yoghurt
* 200ml Almond Milk
* Low-Cal White Chocolate Syrup
* Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup
* 1 tbsp chopped Hazelnuts
* Kinder Bueno Bar
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. Cook your oats the night before in the microwave for 2 mins with milk.
2. Allow to cool then stir in the protein powder, yoghurt and half the hazelnuts. Place in the fridge overnight.
3. In the morning top with Low-Cal White Chocolate Syrup and Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup then sprinkle the rest of the hazelnut.
4. Top with a Kinder Bueno Bar and dig in!
