* 200g plain flourโฃ
* 2 scoops ofย Applied Nutritionย Vanilla Vegan Proโฃ
* 100g light brown sugarโฃ
* 100ml melted coconut oilโฃ
* 125ml waterโฃ
* 85g dairy-free yoghurtโฃ
* 1/2tsp saltโฃ
* 1tsp Vanilla Flavo Dropsโฃ
* 1/2tsp baking powderโฃ
* 5 Biscoff biscuitsโฃ
* 40g Biscoff spreadโฃ
* 40g Low-Cal Salted Caramel Syrupโฃ
* 100g dairy-free white chocolateโฃ

* Preheat the oven to 160c. โฃ
* Mix together the flour, protein powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.โฃ
* Mix in the water, coconut oil, Vanilla Flavo Drops and yoghurt. Chop up the white chocolate into chunks and fold into the mixture.โฃ
* Pour the batter into a lined baking tray.โฃ
* Melt the Biscoff spread for 30 seconds in the microwave so that it is soft but not too runny. Mix with Low-Cal Salted Caramel Syrup.โฃ
* Add spoonfuls of the melted spread to the top of the brownie mixture and mix this around with a knifeโฃ
* Top the brownies with the crushed biscuits and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting! โฃ
