SESAME CHICKEN CHOW MEIN🥢

This Chicken Chow Mein is a quick and simple dish. Perfect after a busy day or just when you don’t fancy making anything too complicated!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
* 1 chicken breast cut into chunks
* 1 nest of egg noodles
* 1/4 red onion sliced
* 1/4 red pepper cut into slices
* 1/4 green pepper cut into slices
* 1/4 large carrot cut into slim batons
* 1 tbsp light soy sauce
* 1 tbsp Low-Cal Sweet Chilli Sauce
* Sprinkle of black pepper
* Low calorie cooking spray
* 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. Mist a wok with low calorie cooking spray and fry the onion and carrots.
2. Add the chicken breast and continue to cook on high until the chicken begins to brown. This should take around 5 minutes.
3. Add in the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, black pepper and stir well. Continue to cook the chicken on high for 8-10 minutes whilst you cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. Add the peppers and turn down to a simmer. Cook for another 3-5 minutes depending on how crunchy you like your veg.
5. Stir through the noodles and serve in a bowl. Sprinkle your sesame seeds on top and enjoy! 😋
