* 1 scoop ofย Choco Caramel ISO-XPโฃ
* 125g Alpro Yoghurt โฃ
* 200ml Almond Milkโฃ
* Low-Cal White Chocolate Syrupโฃ
* 1/2 tsp White Chocolate Flavo Dropsโฃ
* 2 White Reeceโs Butter Cupsโฃ
* 1 tsp Melted Peanut Butterโฃ
* 1 tsp Crushed Peanuts โฃ

1. Cook your oats the night before in the microwave for 2 mins with milk. Allow to cool then stir in the protein powder, flavo drops and yoghurt. Place in the fridge overnight. โฃ
