Creamy Pulled Ham and Egg Salad
𝘈 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦, 𝘯𝘰-𝘧𝘶𝘴𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘮 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘨𝘨 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘓𝘰𝘸-𝘊𝘢𝘭 𝘎𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘢𝘦𝘴𝘢𝘳 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨.
All you need is 2 eggs, a packet of pulled ham, cherry tomatoes and fresh salad! 🍅🥬
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Drop in the 2 eggs and simmer for 6 minutes for soft boiled, 10 minutes for hard. Remove with a spoon and run under cold water to cool. Peel and cut into quarters.
2. Toss some salad, cherry tomatoes and pulled ham together in a large bowl.
3. Top with the egg quarters, then drizzle over the Low-Cal Garlic Mayo and Caesar dressing!
