Fulham Secure EFL Championship

After securing promotion back into The Premier League last month, Fulham Football Club finish a perfect season by winning the EFL (English Football League) Championship Title.

At the same time as securing the title, Fulham's Aleksandar Mitrovic broke a Championship goal-scoring record that's stood since the 1992-93 season. Mitrovic netted his 43rd goal of the season, 16 more than the league's second-highest scorer.
