Penut Butter Jelly Yoghurt
Fancy a snack? We have turned the favourite peanut butter & jelly combo into a delicious healthy parfait!
* 3 TBSP Yoghurt
* 1 TBSP 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝗪𝐡𝐞𝐲
* 3 Chopped Strawberries
* 1/2 TBSP Melted Peanut Butter
* 1 TBSP Granola
* 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩
1. To make your parfait mix Yoghurt and Critical Whey in a bowl. Add a little milk if thick.
2. Pour into a ramekin dish then add chopped Strawberries. Top with melted Peanut Butter.
3. Next add Granola and then drizzles of Low-Cal Strawberry Syrup.
