This Chicken Chow Mein is a quick and simple dish. Perfect after a busy day or just when you don’t fancy making anything too complicated! ⁣


𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ⁣
* 1 chicken breast cut into chunks⁣
* 1 nest of egg noodles⁣
* 1/4 red onion sliced⁣
* 1/4 red pepper cut into slices⁣
* 1/4 green pepper cut into slices⁣
* 1/4 large carrot cut into slim batons⁣
* 1 tbsp light soy sauce⁣
* 1 tbsp Low-Cal Sweet Chilli Sauce⁣
* Sprinkle of black pepper⁣
* Low calorie cooking spray⁣
* 1 tsp Sesame Seeds ⁣

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 ⁣
1. Mist a wok with low calorie cooking spray and fry the onion and carrots. ⁣
2. Add the chicken breast and continue to cook on high until the chicken begins to brown. This should take around 5 minutes.⁣
3. Add in the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, black pepper and stir well. Continue to cook the chicken on high for 8-10 minutes whilst you cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.⁣
4. Add the peppers and turn down to a simmer. Cook for another 3-5 minutes depending on how crunchy you like your veg.⁣
5. Stir through the noodles and serve in a bowl. Sprinkle your sesame seeds on top and enjoy! ⁣😋
