𝐓𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝: ⁣⁣
* 3 tbsp plain flour⁣⁣
* 1 tsp smoked paprika⁣⁣
* 1 tbsp sunflower oil⁣⁣
* 2 cod fillets⁣⁣
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 ⁣⁣
1. Put the flour and paprika on a plate, season, then mix.⁣⁣
2. Coat the cod fillets in the spiced flour, then fry for 2 mins on each side until golden and crisp. ⁣⁣
3. Serve on with baked butternut squash, cous cous, feta and pomegranate salad and lots of Low-Cal Peri Peri Sauce. 😋⁣⁣
