𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
40g Oats
1 Scoop of Vanilla Critical Whey
150ml Water
40g Blueberries
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. Blend all ingredients and pour into a dish. Place in the air fryer for 10 mins or the oven for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
2. Once baked take out and add toppings of choice and Low-Cal Blueberry Syrup! 😋
