White Chocolate Pistachio Protein Blondies

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ⁣
* 250g Plain Flour ⁣
* 200g Greek Yoghurt ⁣
* 100g Vanilla Ice Cream Critical Whey
* 250ml Almond Milk ⁣
* 1 tsp White Chocolate Flavo Drops ⁣
* 1 tsp Baking Powder ⁣
* 100g Pistachios Chopped (75g mixture 25g topping) ⁣
* 100g White Chocolate (50g chopped 50g melted) ⁣

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝⁣
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except 25g pistachios and 50g melted white chocolate.⁣
2. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and evenly spread out. ⁣
3. Bake in the oven for 180c for 25-30 minutes until slightly brown. ⁣
4. Allow to fully cool before adding your melted white chocolate on top and dusting with pistachios. Pop in the fridge to set, then enjoy! 🤍💚
