* 250g Plain Flour ā£
* 200g Greek Yoghurt ā£
* 100g Vanilla Ice Cream Critical Whey
* 250ml Almond Milk ā£
* 1 tsp White Chocolate Flavo Drops ā£
* 1 tsp Baking Powder ā£
* 100g Pistachios Chopped (75g mixture 25g topping) ā£
* 100g White Chocolate (50g chopped 50g melted) ā£

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except 25g pistachios and 50g melted white chocolate.ā£
2. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and evenly spread out. ā£
3. Bake in the oven for 180c for 25-30 minutes until slightly brown. ā£
4. Allow to fully cool before adding your melted white chocolate on top and dusting with pistachios. Pop in the fridge to set, then enjoy! š¤š
