* 2 Eggs โฃ
* 1 tsp of Toffee Caramel Flavo Drops โฃ
* 1 tbsp of Greek Yoghurt โฃ
* 1 tsp of mixed spice โฃ
* 1 small grated Carrot โฃ

1. Simply your eggs to a bowl and whisk. Next add the remaining ingredients until you have a batter. โฃ
2. Add even sized balls of batter to muffin cups and baked in the oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees. โฃ
