Sweet & Delicious Jammie Dodger Blondies! With White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Batter, White Choc Chips and Low-Cal Strawberry Syrup for a healthier twist!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝟏𝟔 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬)
* 100g Self Raising Flour
* 100g Brown Sugar
* 2 Scoops of White Chocolate Raspberry Critical Whey
* 100g reduced fat spread melted
* 2 medium eggs
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp White Choc Flavo Drops
* 100g White Choc Chips
𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬
* 4 tbsp Low-Cal Strawberry Syrup
* 8 Jammy Dodgers
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking tin with greaseproof paper.
2. Place all of the ingredients, apart from the toppings, into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour into the baking tin, then evenly drizzle the Strawberry Syrup. Swirl into the mixture with a knife.
4. Evenly place your biscuits on top and bake for 25mins until golden with a little movement.
