Low-Cal Watermelon Pancakes🍉🥞
A light, fluffy and juicy twist to the classic protein pancake recipe!
INGREDIENTS
- * 1 medium ripe banana
- * 50g Applied Nutrition's Watermelon Splash Clear Whey
- * 35g oats
- * 1 egg
- * 60ml milk of choice
- * 1 tsp. baking powder
- * Pinch sea salt
METHOD
- To make your pancake batter, pop all of the above ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and once the pan is nice and hot, pour in some of the batter.
- When the pancake begins to bubble, flip and cook on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve with fresh watermelon, a drizzle of Fit Cuisine's Low-Cal Maple Syrup and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
