* 125g Alpro Yoghurt โฃ
* 200ml Almond Milkโฃ
* Low-Cal White Chocolate Syrupโฃ
* Low-Cal Chocolate Syrupโฃ
* 3 Oreo Cookies โฃ

1. Cook your oats the night before in the microwave for 2 mins with milk. Allow to cool then stir in the protein powder and yoghurt. Place in the fridge overnight. โฃ
2. In the morning top with Low-Cal White Chocolate Syrup, Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup and Oreo Cookies!โฃ
