White Chocolate Blueberry Baked Oats

* 50g Oats
* 1/2 Mashed Banana
* 1 Scoopย Applied Nutritionย Vanilla Ice Cream Critical Whey
* 1 tsp Baking Powder
* 100ml Milk of choice
* 1/2 tsp ๐ช๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐
๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ
* 20 Blueberries
๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ
* ๐๐จ๐ฐ-๐๐๐ฅ ๐ช๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฉ
* 1/2 tbsp White Chocolate Chips

1. Mash the banana in a bowl with your milk.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
3. Pour into a greased oven proof dish and then baked for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
4. Once cooked, sprinkle on your white chocolate chips and follow with Low-Cal White Chocolate Syrup.
