* 250g Plain Flour โฃ
* 200g Greek Yoghurt โฃ
* 100g Vanilla Ice Cream Critical Whey
* 250ml Almond Milk โฃ
* 1 tsp White Chocolate Flavo Drops โฃ
* 1 tsp Baking Powder โฃ
* 100g Pistachios Chopped (75g mixture 25g topping) โฃ
* 100g White Chocolate (50g chopped 50g melted) โฃ

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except 25g pistachios and 50g melted white chocolate.โฃ
2. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and evenly spread out. โฃ
3. Bake in the oven for 180c for 25-30 minutes until slightly brown. โฃ
4. Allow to fully cool before adding your melted white chocolate on top and dusting with pistachios. Pop in the fridge to set, then enjoy! ๐ค๐
