𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝟐
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
* 120g oats
* 2 scoops of 𝗪𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝗪𝐡𝐞𝐲
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1 egg
* 200ml Almond milk
* 80g Frozen Raspberries
* 𝗪𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬
* 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝗪𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩
* 1 Cal Cooking Spray
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. Preheat oven to 180c.
2. Grease an oven proof dish with spray oil
3. Add to a bowl - oats, critical whey, ½ tsp of baking powder, egg, milk and whisk to combine.
4. Add raspberries saving some for toppings. Pour in the oven proof dish and put around 10 drops of Flavo Drop into the top of the mixture.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 mins till set and lightly golden.
6. Once cooked, drizzle with 𝗪𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, dig in and enjoy!
