𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁣
200g couscous⁣
300ml vegetable stock ⁣
1 tbsp Low-Cal Peri Peri Sauce ⁣
½ squeezed lemon⁣
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁣
¼ tsp sea salt⁣
¼ tsp ground black pepper⁣
20g raisins⁣
1 red pepper chopped and cubed⁣


𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝⁣
1. Place the couscous in a large bowl and cover with the hot vegetable stock. Place a plate or a sheet of foil on top of the bowl and leave for 5 minutes.⁣
2. Once the stock has been absorbed by the couscous, fluff the grains up with a fork and add the remaining ingredients, mix well until combined then set aside.⁣
3. Heat two wholemeal wraps in the microwave for 30 seconds. Spread 1 tsp of Low-Cal Peri Peri Sauce on each wrap then fill with your couscous mixture. Enjoy! ⁣
