These cinnamon rolls are insanely delicious and even better they are less calories than a traditional cinnamon roll, packed with protein and oh so chocolaty! ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁣⁣
* 80g self-raising flour⁣⁣
* 1 Scoop of 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧-𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚⁣⁣
* 130g coconut yoghurt ⁣⁣
* 15g coconut sugar⁣⁣
* 1 tsp cinnamon⁣⁣
* 10g vegan butter, melted⁣⁣
* 5 Drops of 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬 ⁣⁣
* 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩 ⁣⁣

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝⁣⁣
⁣⁣1. Preheat the oven to 180*C and line a baking tray. ⁣⁣
2. Stir together the flour and 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧-𝐏𝐫𝐨. Now add in the yoghurt and 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬 and bring to crumbly dough.⁣⁣
3. Tip on to a lightly floured surface and bring together with your hands, kneading for about 1 minute.⁣⁣
4. Roll the dough into a rectangle shape making one end thinner. ⁣⁣
5. Stir together the coconut sugar and cinnamon.⁣⁣
6. Brush the top of the dough with most of the melted butter and sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar. Using the thinner edge, tightly roll up the cinnamon roll into a log and slice into even slices. ⁣⁣
7. Brush with the rest of the melted butter and bake for 16-17 minutes until golden and crisp on the outside and soft in the centre.⁣⁣
8. Once cooked, take out and top with 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩 and sliced banana! ⁣
