𝘙𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘶𝘨𝘢𝘳 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘨𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘵, 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩 𝘧𝘳𝘶𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘰𝘸-𝘊𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘚𝘺𝘳𝘶𝘱.
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
𝗪𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐬
* 40g of Applied Nutriton Critical Oats
* 3/4 tsp of baking powder
* 60ml of fat free yoghurt
* 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Flavo Drops
* 1 large egg
* Spray oil
𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭
* 2 tbsp of fat free yoghurt
* 1/2 tsp of Chocolate Flavo Drops
Method
1. Heat waffle iron to medium.
2. Add the oats to a blender and blitz till fine, then add in the baking powder.
3. Add the yoghurt, egg and Vanilla Flavo Drops and mix to combine.
4. Spray waffle iron with spray oil then pour in the mix evenly, close and cook till waffles are golden.
5. Serve with your favourite fruits, chocolate yoghurt and Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup.
