With a capacity of 45L, you'll have no trouble fitting two pairs of shoes, a towel, gym clothes, meal prep, and any other training accessories plus your laptop and plenty more besides.
It also makes a perfect weekend away bag and fits within most airlines' cabin luggage size rules.
You can use it to work out too, the highly functional backpack has two side bottle pockets, capable of holding a 700ml shaker and a large water bottle, and has adjustable sternum and waist straps, making it perfect for running, hiking, and pretty much anything else you need it to do.
