𝘞𝘩𝘰 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘖𝘳𝘦𝘰𝘴? 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘖𝘢𝘵𝘴? 𝘈 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥, 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
* 50g Oats
* 1 Scoop of Chocolate Dessert Critical Whey
* 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
* 160ml Almond Milk
* 1/2 tsp Chocolate Flavo Drops
* 2 tbsp Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup
* 2 mini Oreos
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. Preheat oven to 180C and grease an oven proof dish.
2. Blend all ingredients apart from syrup and Oreos. Pour 3/4 mixture into the dish then add 2 tbsp Low-Cal Chocolate Syrup. Pour the remaining mixture on top.
3. Bake for 15 mins. Once cooked place chopped Oreos onto the mixture and allow to slightly melt before devouring!
