𝘚𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦, 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘶𝘱 𝘵𝘰 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴, 𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
* 40g Oats
* 1 scoop of Choco Caramel ISO-XP
* 125g Alpro Yoghurt
* 200ml Almond Milk
* Low-Cal White Chocolate Syrup
* 1/2 tsp White Chocolate Flavo Drops
* 2 White Reece’s Butter Cups
* 1 tsp Melted Peanut Butter
* 1 tsp Crushed Peanuts
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. Cook your oats the night before in the microwave for 2 mins with milk. Allow to cool then stir in the protein powder, flavo drops and yoghurt. Place in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning top with Low-Cal White Chocolate Syrup, peanut butter, crushed peanuts and your Reece’s Butter Cups!
