Cookies & Cream Protein Pancakes
𝘙𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘭𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘺𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴!
𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
* 150ml Almond Milk
* 100g Oat Flour (blended oats)
* 1 Egg
* 1 Scoop ISO-XP Choco Coco
* 1/2 tsp Vanilla Flavo Drops
Toppings
* Low-Cal Cookies and Cream Syrup
* 1 Bag of Mini Oreos
* Blueberries
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. Mix your wet ingredients together then add the dry mix and whisk until smooth.
2. Add even sized pancake mix to a pan on a medium heat and cook for around 3 mins each side. Repeat until all the batter has gone.
3. Once cooked stack em up! Drizzle your Low-Cal Cookies and Cream Syrup, Blueberries and Oreos 😋
