Sesame Chicken Chow MeinšŸ„¢ā£

This Chicken Chow Mein is a quick and simple dish. Perfect after a busy day or just when you donā€™t fancy making anything too complicated! ā£

* 1 chicken breast cut into chunksā£
* 1 nest of egg noodlesā£
* 1/4 red onion slicedā£
* 1/4 red pepper cut into slicesā£
* 1/4 green pepper cut into slicesā£
* 1/4 large carrot cut into slim batonsā£
* 1 tbsp light soy sauceā£
* 1 tbsp Low-Cal Sweet Chilli Sauceā£
* Sprinkle of black pepperā£
* Low calorie cooking sprayā£
* 1 tsp Sesame Seeds ā£

1. Mist a wok with low calorie cooking spray and fry the onion and carrots. ā£
2. Add the chicken breast and continue to cook on high until the chicken begins to brown. This should take around 5 minutes.ā£
3. Add in the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, black pepper and stir well. Continue to cook the chicken on high for 8-10 minutes whilst you cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.ā£
4. Add the peppers and turn down to a simmer. Cook for another 3-5 minutes depending on how crunchy you like your veg.ā£
5. Stir through the noodles and serve in a bowl. Sprinkle your sesame seeds on top and enjoy! ā£šŸ˜‹
