Homemade Burguer
𝐅𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐀 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭? 🍔
𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫.
Mix together lean mince, chopped onions, garlic, chilli flakes with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Using your hands makes this much easier!
Separate the mixture into two even lumps and form each into a ball. Put on a board and gently pat each ball down slightly to form a thick, juicy burger.
Bake in the oven for 30 mins with some homemade potato wedges! Serve on a fresh bun with salad, low fat cheddar and of course drizzles of 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐩!
