Scones are a classic British cake, and our low calorie scones are no exception.ย No added Sugar and served with a creamy Strawberry filling! ๐๐ผโฃ

* 225g Self-raising flourโฃ
* 0.5 tsp Baking powderโฃ
* 50g Margarineโฃ
* 125ml Almond Milkโฃ
* 1 Eggโฃ
* 1 tsp ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ ๐
๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ
* 0.5 tsp Salt โฃ
* 25g Sultanasโฃ

* 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt โฃ
* 1 Scoopย ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐๐ญ ๐ช๐ก๐๐ฒ
* 1 tbsp ๐๐จ๐ฐ-๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฉ

* Preheat oven to 200ยฐCโฃ
* Sieve the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl, add marg and rub in to make breadcrumb texture. Stir in Flavo Drops and salt.โฃ
* Beat the egg in a jug and add milk. โฃ
* Add the egg mix to the dry ingredients a little at a time and mix with a knife. Save a little of the mixture to one side.โฃ
* Add the sultanas and when the mixture begins to come together, use your hands to collect the dough โ it should be soft but not sticky.โฃ
* Turn the dough out onto a well floured board, and pat out to 2cm depth. Cut out rounds circles and put on baking tray, glaze with remaining egg mix and put in the oven for 12-15 minutes until risen and golden.โฃ
* To make your filling simply mix yoghurt, Strawberry Diet Whey and Low-Cal Strawberry Syrup until you get a thick consistency. โฃ
* Split the scone, and spoon the filling mix inside then replace the top and enjoy. โค๏ธโฃ
