1. Mix your wet ingredients together then add the dry mix and whisk until smooth. โฃ
2. Add even sized pancake mix to a pan on a medium heat and cook for around 3 mins each side. Repeat until all the batter has gone. โฃ
3. Once cooked drizzle your Low-Cal White Chocolate and sprinkle Pistachios on top! โฃ
